GARBA JUSTICE MUSA, B.SC, M.SC, LLB, BL - CHAIRMAN

He is currently the Executive Director (Resources) Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc.

He graduated with a B.Sc Economics from the University of Jos in 1983, obtained a Masters degree in Economics from the same University in 1985. An astute banker and Administrator, he joined Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc in 1994 as Deputy General Manager (Corporate Resources) and was appointed Executive Director, Mortgage Operations and Project in January 2009 and currently in charge of Resources.

A widely travelled man, he hails from Taraba state.


FEMI AKINWUMI, B.SC, ACIB, ACS - MANAGING

He is a 1989 graduate of Finance (Banking) from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate of both The Chartered Institute of Bankers and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

On graduation, he worked with a Securities Outfit where he trained and qualified an Authorised Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1993, before opting out for core Banking, pitching tent with Capital Bank Plc (Now a part of Access Bank Plc) and worked in the International Banking Division as the Head of Foreign Exchange Control Unit.

His banking experience spanned over 16 years in International Operations, Exports and Investment Banking and he rose to become a Divisional Head and member of the highest decision making committee (Executive) of Gateway Bank Plc (now a part of Access Bank Plc) before voluntarily opting out full time to manage REFEM.

An accomplished Banker, Tutor and Entrepreneur, Femi at various times facilitated for the Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC) and Chartered Institute of Bankers on International Finance and Exports. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Pan African University)


ADE OGUNLESI, B.SC, MBA - DIRECTOR

He is a successful entrepreneur. He manages Sofisticat Limited and Skin Beauty Limited, a successful manufacturing outfit in Lagos. He obtained his first degree from University of Lagos and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has over 20 years of experience in business management. He is on the boards of various other vibrant companies including Fullworks Limited and Swap Tech and Telecommunications Limited


EMMANUEL AKINWUMI , B.SC, M.SC. (ECONS.), FCA, CGA, ACIS, AMP, PMP - DIRECTOR

He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Data-Line Management Group Inc. Ontario, Canada, a business consulting firm providing mortgage finance services, project management, accounting, taxation, international financing and financial risk management to a wide range of businesses and individuals.

He has an extensive international experience in banking, mortgage financing and housing development, real estate, manufacturing, investments and portfolio management in Nigeria, Tanzania and Canada. From his current role in Data-Line and prior assignments in multinational corporations and interaction with multilateral financial institutions, he has gained significant hands-on experience in business and mortgage financing, project planning and implementation, change management, strategic planning and enterprise management.

A Nigerian-Canadian, he is a member of the Canadian Council on Africa, a Consultant to African Development Bank (ADB), and a founding director of REFEM


ADEYINKA AKINWUMI, HND - DIRECTOR

A 1994 HND graduate of Secretarial Administration, Mrs Akinwumi started her career with Mobil Producing Unlimited in the Legal Counsel Department. She left Mobil Producing for Hillcrest Merchant Bank (now a part of Access Bank Plc), where she worked in the Corporate Banking Division between 1996 and 1998. She moved to LM Ericsson in the latter part of 1998 working in the Finance & Accounts department until she voluntarily resigned her services in 2002 to start a private business, Gift of Life Resources, specialising in the importation and sales of corporate gifts and customized uniforms to schools and private companies Gift of Life Resources works with various banks, oil companies and manufacturing outfits on customised corporate gift items and uniforms.
